What diameter parts does SadevTEQ deliver?
We deliver items from 0.5 mm (.020’’) to 80 mm (3.15’’) in diameter.
What materials does SadevTEQ machine?
We machine all copper alloys (i.e., brass, copper, bronze), stainless steel, steel, plastic and aluminum.
What type of treatments can SadevTEQ provide?
Among the surface treatments we offer are: zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, copper plating, gilding, polishing, passivation, chemical nickel plating, tefloning, etc. Our heat treatment methods include annealing, quenching, and others.
Which certifications has SadevTEQ earned?
SadevTEQ has ISO 9001:2015 and NF EN 9120:2018 certifications.
Are SadevTEQ’s production facilities also certified?
Each of our production partners are ISO 9001 certified and are regularly audited by SadevTEQ.
How extensive is SadevTEQ’s inspection process?
All our products are put through initial inspection on premises at the production site. Upon receipt of the products at our facility, a final inspection of the items is performed by our quality control department.
Where are SadevTEQ’s production partners located?
Most of our production partners are located in Europe, assuring close proximity and speedy delivery.
Does SadevTEQ machine its own parts?
We work closely with long-term partners who perform the machining of the parts. Once the parts arrive at our facility, SadevTEQ manages all aspects of final inspection, storage, quality assurance and logistics.
